These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, courses, masterclasses, and other services provided by Transition Software Institute ("Transition", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility & Enrollment
To enroll in our courses or masterclasses, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enquiry and registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Transition reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel enrollment at its sole discretion where information provided is found to be false or where these terms are violated.

Fees, Payments, Refunds & Transfers
Course fees must be paid in full as a one-time payment before the course begins. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All fees paid are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. For billing queries, please contact connect@transition.co.in
Use of Our Services
When using our website, courses, and learning materials, you agree to act lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the services or interfere with their normal operation. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content or recordings without our written permission
- Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer our learning materials or platform
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
- Engage in disruptive, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards instructors or other learners
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including course materials, presentations, recordings, code samples, text, graphics, logos, and the Transition Software Institute name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Transition and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your own personal learning. No content may be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our courses and materials are provided for educational purposes. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality training, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, certification results, or income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Privacy
Transition Software Institute takes the privacy of its users seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
